It is a soothing and relaxing experience. We begin to connect with our breath and body before lying down to experience the sound bath. The sound and vibrations of the handcrafted bowls promote deeper relaxation, releases tension and helps create more harmony with body and mind.

Pilates class with Merve on Sundays 10:00 – 10:45
Merve is a pilates instructor trained through Balanced Body and STOTT Pilates.
Having the principles of classical Pilates at its core, classes focus on body-weight exercises with controlled movements. The emphasis is on core strength and mobility through full body exercises.
The class is open level, everyone is welcome to join.
Price and Registration:
Pricing is donation based on site with a suggested scale of 10-15 eur. To sustain the class, it is appreciated to register at least 12 hours before, and to avoid last minute cancellations.
