Home Yin is a gentle, grounding 60-minute online class designed for bodies of all ages and stages, especially those carrying the aches, stiffness, or stress of everyday life. From the comfort of your home, you'll slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body's natural ease.

Every other Tuesday, we meet on Zoom for an hour of Yin bliss. The precise time depends on your location. Typically, the class is held in the evening in Europe, and during the day in the United States.

In each session, Shawn guides you through a sequence of long-held, floor-based, supported Yin postures that nourish your joints, calm your nervous system, and invite deep release. Drawing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shawn's approach focuses on stimulating organ meridian lines to restore healthy Qi (energy) flow throughout the whole system.

You'll finish the class feeling refreshed, grounded, and relaxed - as if you've come home not only to your body, but to your whole self. Suitable for all levels, Home Yin can be practiced any time of day to bring balance, calm, and gentle vitality to your week.
